The development saw the construction of a 48 level glass tower which incorporated original heritage facades facing both City Road and Balston Street. The development comprises of 6 commercial tenancies, 485 apartments and associated car parking spaces and storage cages. Vicland Surveying have been involved doing original title boundary and feature surveys, re-establishments, proposed plan of subdivision to final subdivision of this stunning GLASS tower
