Melbourne ONE

Completed in early 2016, Melbourne One incorporated original heritage facades facing Lonsdale Street and saw the construction of a 48 level apartment tower. Made up of 5 commercial tenancies, 478 apartments and associated car parking and storage cages, Vicland Surveying were involved from 2009 providing various surveying services including road closures and subdivision.

Australis

Adjacent to Melbourne One, Australis comprises pf spacious apartments close to public transport. Public open space, educational campuses and shopping & dining precincts. Completed in late 2016 Australis is a 45 level tower boasting 552 apartments, 6 commercial tenancies with associated car parking and storage facilities. In conjunction with the development of Melbourne ONE, services provided by Vicland Surveying included various feature and level surveys for design and archaeological purposes and building subdivision.
